Siemens Research Day
Between 2 and 3 July, 2015, the Institute for Accounting, Auditing and Analysis of Prof. Sellhorn at LMU Munich together with the Institute for Financial Accounting and Auditing of Prof. Haller at University of Regensburg participated at a research event organized by Siemens called "Siemens Research Day" in Munich.
In the scope of this very successful event, there were numerous presentations from Siemens and students from both institutes as well as interesting discussions on current topics in accounting from a scientific as well as a practical firm perspective. Besides interesting practical insights, research questions were debated and there were plenty opportunities - not only thanks to a joint dinner - for personal exchange. This event gave us a great chance to get insights on topical issues in accounting from a practical perspective!
