We were happy to welcome Dr. Ralf Schremper as a guest speaker in the master course „Accounting for M&A Transactions” on 30 June 2015. Under the title “M&A in practice” Dr. Schremper provided interesting insights into the M&A process from a practicioner’s point of view.
