Guest lecture Dr. Nikolaus Starbatty, Siemens, on "Accounting for IPOs - Osram"
As part of the lecture Accounting for M&A Transactions (M.Sc.) Dr. Nikolaus Starbatty from Siemens gave a guest lecture on May 2nd 2018 on "Accounting for M&A Transactions - Osram". Dr. Starbatty is currently working in the „integration of acquired businesses“ - department at Siemens and was involved in the IPO process of the former Osram GmbH. Students had the possibility to get interesting insights into challenges regarding accounting regulations in the course of an IPO.
