Guest lecture by Dr. Alexander Eisele, EY, on "Leases"
As part of the lecture International Accounting (B.Sc.) Dr. Alexander Eisele from EY gave a guest lecture on 4th June 2018 on "Leases". At first, Dr. Eisele showed the different impacts on financial figures when buying or leasing an asset. Afterwards, he outlined the current leasing standard IAS 17 and introduced students to the new regulations under IFRS 16.
